Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting Services

Carlisle Airport currently operates at Civil Aviation Authority Fire Category 2. . Refuelling The re-fuelling section at the airport supply AVTUR and AVGAS fuels and a range of Aviation Oils. Refuelling is by prior arrangement only but is generally available during the pd hours of operation. Refuelling is available after these hours by contacting Airport Operations on 01228 573 641

Air Traffic Control

Carlisle operates a fully licenced Air Traffic Control Service providing both Aerodrome and Approach Control using Civil Aviation Authority licenced Air Traffic Controllers.
